My artwork is not permitted to be used in any sort of blockchain or cryptocurrency related business. This also includes usage in AI generated art.
My artwork may not be reuploaded without written permission from me.
All my art comes with a signature do not remove it or add to it. Do not remove the watermark either if presented.
I have the right to use any piece as an example in my gallery, even if i've sold the character, etc
Commissioned art is for personal use only, contact me first to discuss any commercial use.
Usage of my personal artwork for any reason without written permission is prohibited.
Do not use my art or characters for any NSFW unless given permission.
Do not add your TOS to my designs.
Do not claim my art as your own. this includes traced drawings , reuploads with filters, edits, etc.
Don't delete character profiles or images on toyhou.se. (storing temporarily is fine.) Reuploads without my consent are prohibited also.
Do not try to purchase a design of mine by any means if you are blocked or blacklisted.
REVOKE POLICY
i will only revoke designs if the user bypasses my blacklist to obtain the character (ie; they knew they were blacklisted but got the design anyway) , the user is a groomer/map and/or using my design for that content, my design is used in content made to hurt me/others.
NO refunds will be applicable in these two instances, you know what you did.
These people may not ever obtain my art or designs under any circumstance after being blacklisted, all cases will be revoked.
They are here for good reason, while i would rather not have a blacklist like this it is necessary.

- Blacklisted users are still not allowed to obtain any FURTHER designs or art of mine, but they are not stopped from using what they've obtained prior.

Revokes done in the past are still valid but i no longer revoke designs and haven't done so for a while. Please just respect my wishes.I do not take back gifts.

I refuse to purchase or obtain any designs from users who have blacklisted me.
